I’ve been a member since 2017 and The Fitness Factor has become like a second home to me! Whether you are a fitness newbie or a seasoned pro, The Factor has something for you! They have all the traditional equipment and classes and are continually adding new options. And the staff and trainers are helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly! So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and became a part of the #factorfam!

Best gym ever! The FF offers a wide range of classes, has best trainers and always finds new, innovative ways to keep its members in shape! I look forward to walking in the doors each day. The Kids Korner childcare is wonderful and so convenient. Even when the doors are closed due to Covid-19, trainers continue to offer daily workouts, words or encouragement and fun ways to keep everyone engaged and healthy. I am beyond grateful for the FF!
